LAMPUNG PROVINCE, new place for touring
The building of culture and tourism appertain economy and social cultural aspect. And it is done synergy with a lot of another sector. Province Lampung has been decided 7 superior subjects for touring; in order to create Lampung as touring place. And they are:
1. Land Mark Siger Tower in Bakauheni
2. Eco tour area Kalianda
3. Tour area of Agro Pekalongan, West Lampung
4. Citizen forest of Mount Betung.
5. National park of way kambas
6. National park of Barisan mountain

1. Land Mark Siger Tower in Bakauheni
One of the choices for you. It’s located at Bakauheni near with Bakauheni harbor. Siger Tower is also as zero spot for south Sumatra. It’s announced by Ggovernor of Lampung Sjachroedin Z.P. on April 30th, 2008. And it’s also as the symbol of Lampung people.

It’s appropriate for you who want to be honey moon with your couple. You can visit this place kalianda area. So many beautiful places there.

4. Citizen forest of Mount Betung
Turn on your GPS gadget. Gunung Betung is located at latittude: -5.43 and longitude: 105.17. Its location type is Mountain / Volcano / Mount . It can be also choice for adventuring.

A lots of plants grow here, like api-api (Avicennia marina), pidada (Sonneratia sp.), nipah (Nypa fruticans), gelam (Melaleuca leucadendron), salam (Syzygium polyanthum), rawang (Glochidion borneensis), ketapang (Terminalia cattapa), cemara laut (Casuarina equisetifolia), pandan (Pandanus sp.), puspa (Schima wallichii), meranti (Shorea sp.), minyak (Dipterocarpus gracilis), and ramin (Gonystylus bancanus).
Wild elephants here can be ridden. It’s trained in center of elephants training ( 9 Km from the gate. It’s AMAZING, right?
6. National park of Barisan mountain
